During the consultation if your stylist assesses any contraindications that the style will put the health of your hair in jeopardy; another style will be suggested.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but is necessary to confirm your reservation. We understand that life happens, but please respect our time and schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of %30. No-shows will be charged a no-show fee of %50. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
