Travel Policy

  • At Home Services have an 8 hour service time to ensure a simple booking experience, while accommodating the travel and service time needed.

  • Desired services must be communicated upon booking. Your service fee will be due at the completion of service.

  • Our at home service travel fee is $100 and does not cover service charges.

  • The travel fee will be due upon approval of booking request. 

  • Travel Fees are non-refundable BUT transferrable up 2x within a booking period.

  • Appointment reschedules must be done a MINIMUM of 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your travel fee. 

  • Three consecutive Travel Appointment reschedules will result in At Home Service ineligibility. 

Payment Policy

  • Payment methods:

    • Online Deposits

    • Cash

    • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Cancellations Full deposit refunds are available within the first 24 hours of bookings. Partial refunds are available prior to 48 hours of scheduled appointments ONLY. 

  • Dissatisfaction Partial refunds may take place at owners discretion. 

  • Please notify your stylist immediately if there are any questions and or concerns after being serviced.​ If you fail to notify your stylist to remedy any concerns in a minimum of 72 hours you will be exempt from any refund.

Service Policy

  • Appointment requests will not be approved for appointment times after 6pm. If you see later times displayed as available, please schedule your appointment times with this in mind.

  • Clients that arrive 15 minutes late will be subject to a $15 late fee and a dollar per minute after that. Anything beyond 30 minutes will result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Your presence and promptness are vital to the quality of not only your service experience but others as well.

  • If your child bites, spits, kicks, scratches, and/or hits the stylist at any time during the service that will result in termination of service and all future servicing.

  • Please have snacks, toys, and/or electronics accessible to entertain your child during servicing.

  • Do not book if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any of the following symptoms:

    • chills/fever​

    • severe cough

    • nausea

    • exposure to Monkey Pox

    • exposure to COVID in the last 10 days

  • Children Services* hair must be taken down from previous style or you will be charged a takedown fee of $30. Parents, please book a takedown service if you require it beforehand it's included only in select children services. 

  • When booking for multiple children in a home you must book for each individual child when desiring various styles. If all children are receiving similar services, please book the group appointments.

  • When selecting bookings for travel you will only be charged for one travel fee for services booked on a single appointment day.
